This is one of my favorite scones - it has a very light floral flavor with a pop of lemon.

Serenity uses as many local products in making their scones as possible. My blueberries come from a friend’s farm in Loranger, herbs are from my garden, I have a local chicken owner that I get my eggs from and my honey comes from another friend that recues bee hives. This allows me to support other small makers in my area and truly makes my baked goods artisanal and unique. I am always on the lookout for other local items that I can use in my baking
