In 2006 I started participating in craft shows and in 2007-2008 I opened a store that specialized in selling locally made items, as well as my jewelry. In 2025 I was ready for a new challenge, so I started my microbakery. I can be found at markets and pop ups, as well as The Bean and Girod Street Deli in Old Mandeville, Courtyard Bistro in Mandeville and Cypress Landing in Ponchatoula.
I believe we eat with our eyes first so I always try to provide beautiful as well as delicious items. Vic and I taste test every goodie and my goal has always been to provide quality items at a fair price. Enjoy one of our baked items with a nice hot cup of coffee or tea in the morning for a peaceful serene moment before tackling the chaos of the day. I offer individual sales, catering and wholesale. My mini scones are especially suited to giving as gifts, bringing to meetings, parties, showers, weddings and more. I also can help you custom design a gift basket or our gift mugs are frequently requested for gift giving. I love helping our customers find the perfect item.
