Black material made with a beaded witch’s hat, candy corn, pumpkin, star sequins and clear rhinestones

Has a top knot and the same pattern on both sides

The headband is wrapped and padded for a comfortable fit

Measures 1 1/2” across the top and tapers to 1” at the bottom of the band
