Shipping & Handling
Orders placed Monday through Friday will ship within 3-5 business days of purchase, excluding weekends and holidays. If delays are expected with your order, you will be contacted via email.
All domestic orders are sent via USPS and typically arrive within 3-5 business days from shipped date. Once orders have been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Shipping Rate depends on the size and dimensions of your order.
Orders are shipped to the address provided, Serenity Home and Gifts is not responsible for delays caused by the USPS, stolen or damaged packages or replacement of lost orders submitted with incorrect delivery information. If there is a problem with the postal service delivery we will work with you to correct the problem as much as possible. Insurance is automatically added to each order. If you would like to add signature confirmation on your package please email us at email@example.com.

Applicable sales tax will be applied to all orders shipped within Louisiana only.
You can view and track your order status by signing into your account and selecting purchase history. You will also receive a shipping confirmation via email once the shipment has been completed. Please allow 24 hours for the carrier to update their records before you begin to track your order.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase and if for any reason you are not happy, simply return the regular priced items in its original condition and packaging within 14 days of post-marked date for a full refund, less shipping costs. If the buyer decides to return an item, please notify us prior to sending so that we can be aware of the return.
Due to the customized nature of personalized items all sales are final sales and cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason unless it is damaged in some way or if we have made an error. In that case, we would be happy to replace the item as originally ordered or as close as possible to ensure a positive experience and satisfied customers.
Returns are usually processed within a week of arrival and may take 1-2 billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement. Refunds are issued in the original form of payment unless store credit is requested.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping charges unless we have made a mistake with your item and original shipping charges are non-refundable. Please be sure to add a tracking number so you can verify the package has arrived. We are not responsible for packages that are lost during shipment. *Please note: all packages are insured and we will work with the buyer to attempt to resolve any issues or problems at hand so that the customer is happy with their Serenity experience.
All returns will be subject to inspection. Merchandise must be returned in original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered) with tags attached. Returns received in worn condition cannot be accepted for exchange or return and will be sent back to you. We reserve the right to deny or refuse full refund based on the returned condition.

All exchanges must be made within 30 days of the original shipped date. Items sent back for exchange will be shipped at buyer's cost. Original postage and return postage charges are not refundable.

Our personalization charts have been provided as a general guide for determining how your monogram should be done, colors of thread, monogram font and engraving font. In addition, we try to include accurate and detailed information regarding size, fit, color, fabric and measurements for each item in the product description. Please keep in mind, however, this can vary between brands and products. If you are having difficulty selecting a color, engraving/monogramming style, etc., we'd be glad to answer any questions you might have.
